How do I use zoom?

A zoom link will be sent to your email when you register for a class and then another reminder email 1 hour prior to start time. You can access zoom from your computer or phone. You do not need to download the app, the link will connect you.

What if my link doesn’t connect?

All classes are open 10 mins prior to start time. We encourage all participants to log on a few minutes before to allow for any glitches. For in the moment issues you can send a text to the phone number provided in the email link. Once the class is in session we are not able to respond or help, only prior to start time.

Are there cut off times to register for and/or cancel a class?

Yes, the cut off time to register for a class and/or to cancel a class you have previously registered for is 1 hour prior to class start time.

Can I join the class late?

All classes start on time, however you can join or leave the class at anytime. Upon entering the class all participants are muted so there are no disruptions.

Are the classes recorded?

Yes, some classes are recorded and the replay will be sent to your email and be available for 48 hours. No participants will be in the video, just the instructor. You can choose to have your video on or off.
